In Sri Lanka, samaposha is considered a "perfect or harmonious" food - In Sri Lanka, stir samaposha with some grated coconut and some water/milk and/or some honey. You can make small energy balls out of samaposha or simply eat them as porridge in the morning. Samaposha is not heavy on the stomach and provides a lot of energy (here mixed with soybeans, rice, mung beans and corn flour) - a good start in the morning or as a small snack in between. It is also very convenient for people with gluten intolerance.
